We try to collect as little as possible, however computers sometimes have other ideas.
When someone visits the AMR Centre web site our web server collects standard internet log information, such as the number of visitors to the various pages of the site. We collect and use this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our web site using data from the logs. Nor will we ever attempt to associate any log data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from other sources.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by web sites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make web sites work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
AMR Centre – We use Google Analytics to monitor and report on our web site usage, such as the number of visitors to the site, search phrases used to find us, pages visited and time spent on the site. The statistics gathered help us improve the performance of our web site. Nothing more. Cookies used for Google Analytics are limited to this domain, AMRCentre.com, and cannot identify users or be used to associate your IP address with any personally identifiable information.

Occasionally we receive employment information from prospective interns and employees. This information is shared internally until that individual becomes a candidate for employment. At that point we may share an individual’s CV with our advisers and trustees. We may file unsuccessful applications for a maximum of two years with the consent of the individual applicant.
We collect employee information for accounting and administration purposes. This information includes national insurance numbers, tax codes, and bank account information. We share some of this information with our Accountants. Payment information is shared with our bank and with Government agencies in accordance with UK law.
All email communication within AMR Centre and its affiliates is SSL encrypted and every possible precaution — including administrative, technical, and physical measure — is taken to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission to do so or are required to by law. Likewise, we do not purchase or otherwise obtain data from other sources.
